Located on the 3rd floor of Building #2, near the elevator, this stylish retreat overlooks 2.5 acres of private sugar-white sand beach within our secure, 33-acre gated resort. 

For added convenience, there’s ramp access to the beach — perfect for strollers, coolers, or guests who prefer an easy walk down to the sand, plus this stretch of Miramar Beach is the only area featuring a scenic boardwalk "walking trail" with continuous Gulf views, perfect for your morning walk with your pup.

Hi, I’m Corrie — your host!

I’ve been in real estate for over 35 years, selling homes, flipping properties, and managing long-term rentals. I’ve always loved rolling up my sleeves and doing the work myself — but this is the first time I’ve poured that passion into creating a vacation rental.

I recently purchased and completely updated this condo — from fresh paint to all new furnishings and décor — and loved every part of designing a relaxing, comfortable space for guests to unwind.   In December 2024, I took on the makeover myself — painting the entire interior and even adding the elegant stencil detail on the master bedroom wall. 

My favorite feature? The dining room chandelier — dim it at night and it creates the most luxurious ambience.

After working with a management company for a year, I decided to start hosting directly so that guests will get a more personal stay & be able to communicate directly with the owner.  

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me gardening, at the beach, spending time with friends or my pup Kali 💕
