Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. Under new management, this airy and bright Cottage contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open living/dining/kitchen area contains plenty of seating for you and your family with a dining table for 8 and 4 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with brand new Whirlpool stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A large living room has a brand new 55in Smart TV with DVD player and premium cable channels. The queen size sofabed provides additional sleeping for up to 2 guests. For restful sleep you will find a master bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with king size bed and a 3rd bedroom with a twin/over full bunk bed. All bedrooms contain a TV with cable channels. WIFI is also included with this Cottage. The two bathrooms both contain a tub/shower combo and the master bath vanity contains two sinks. You can relax outside on one of 3 decks/porches. From the side and rear decks you have a semi-private view of the community pool and tennis courts. Just a short walk to front of the Maravilla property you will find access to one of the most beautiful beaches! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking. Rentals from mid-March thru October include on-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) - a great value! So just grab your towel and sunscreen and you are ready for the beach and a relaxing vacation!
