Important Notice: Building 4 Renovations
From August 19 to November 11, 2024, Building 4 will undergo maintenance. Prices have been discounted during this period. Balcony access for Shimmy by the Sea will be unavailable from September 16 to October 14, 2024. Crews typically work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend breaks depending on progress.

Best Place in Miramar Beach
My girlfriend and I stayed for one week at 4104 Maravilla. We couldn't have asked for a better time or place to stay. Condo was reasonably priced and very, very clean! Remodeled kitchen and comfortable furniture, all the amenities one could ask for. To be honest it was nicer than the $250 a night hotel we stayed in in Memphis on the way down! We will definitely be visiting again and will hope to stay in the same condo.

Pleased with Our First Visit to Destin
As stated in other reviews the clothes dryer is noisy and patio and screen door need some work, really hard to open. Other than that a great unit, photos as promised. Well decorated and supplied condo. Smokin fast Wi-fi. Grounds were so clean. We brought small dogs and it is a great place for pets. Strict pet rules, but when everyone complies it makes it enjoyable for everyone. So impressed with cleanliness of grounds and unit. Pets were well behaved by all. So much area to walk your dogs in complex and neighborhood along beach. We put on many miles! Nice pools and just steps to the beautiful beach. We walked down each night for sunsets. Tons of shopping nearby for anything you need. We ate at the Surf Hut and it was wonderful. Shopping at the outlets was fun. We enjoyed both pools, one is heated. We definitely would recommend and consider Maravilla again.

The Condo was very clean and nice. Very easily accessible. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. This being a gated community made it seem a lot more safe. We loved the beach. It was all we expected and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for families and their pets
We had a wonderful stay at Maravilla in late August. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The only problem we had was with the patio door which took some effort to slide open and closed. The ground-floor location made it super easy to take the two dogs out for walks, and the dog-walking area provided baggies for convenience. Miramar Beach is upscale and beautiful, and perfectly located between Destin and San Destin shopping and entertainment. It was all that we expected, and more. We will definitely be returning!

We have stayed at Maravilla numerous times in the ocean from building #2. We stayed in #4 in the back, on this trip, on ground level, and had a great time. It was ideal access for taking out our two lil pups and the walk to the beach and front pool was not an issue. Parking was a bit tight. Overall we had a great stay.

lots of places to walk our Sheepadoodle!
We had a wonderful time at Maravilla 4104. The grounds were impeccable and lots of places to walk our Sheepadoodle! A quick walk to the beach and there were two beach chairs and a umbrella waiting for us. Overall, the condo was great. We wished the outdoor space was a little more private, but it got the job done. We will look to spend Thanksgiving here next year!!!

This was our first time visiting Destin. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but our VRBO condo was everything we expected and didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well stocked and in a safe gated community. Would definitely stay there again but want to come during the warmer months so that we can truly enjoy the beautiful beach.

This was our 5th time in this unit. We really like the new upgrades even though we are not a fan of the tissue holders in the bathrooms. We will be back again late summer.

furnishings are very comfortable
We have been snowbirds for several years and stayed in Maravilla several times. This was our first time staying unit 4104. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking right outside our door. It is a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk with many additional restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The only suggestion I have is to install a slip resistant mat in the tub/shower. The floor of the tub is extremely slick with soap suds on it. We like this unit very much and will keep it on our list for possible future stays.
